Just as we focus on health in the Basset Hounds, we focus just as much on health in the miniature Dachshunds we breed. We focus on the healthiest & highest quality miniature dachshunds with the best temperaments because they are HIGHLY socialized. All of our dachshunds are genetic tested and only bred if they pass scrutinous genetic testing. We adhere to the highest breeding standards. We only breed health tested dachshunds that have the best possible health and temperaments. As a breeder, I refuse to use collars to recognize each puppy. You may see other breeders use collars and colors to identify their puppies. If you know me at all, you know each litter gets a theme and each puppy gets a name. I get to know my puppies by their individual markings. If your breeder isn't taking the time to know them and give them names other than color identifiers, I promise your breeder isn't getting to know their puppies.

After our experience with parvovirus, we have decided to go with natural preventatives because vaccines were extremely hit and miss. We had traumatizing experiences with vaccines. We experienced so much loss and so much heartbreak. The only positive I can take away from this experience is how much I learned. Our babies will now be toxin free and raised in a chemical free environment. I will send home nosodes and give each buyer the opportunity to continue or go vaccinate your puppy. Puppies are raised in our home in Show Low Arizona but we also have a home in Mesa and travel back and forth so we can arrange pick up in the either location. Videos are available to see on our youtube account & facebook page- Baggy Bassets. 

Puppies are priced depending on color, uniqueness of markings, and pet versus breeding prices. We do more genetic testing than is recommended by AKC! Please inquire for breeding rights prices.

* Deposit of $1000 will hold the puppy of your choice. Please note tax is added to the price of the puppy at 9.43% due with final balance.
